In partnership with trusted organisations in Japan, we offer structured, legitimate work placements — from hotel internships to English teaching and industry-specific roles — designed to immerse you in real Japanese workplaces and culture.

Japan Hotel Internship Program (Working Holiday Visa)

Experience omotenashi — Japanese hospitality — firsthand.
Work in leading hotels across Japan while improving your language skills and immersing yourself in the culture.

Program Fee: JPY150,000 (≈ A$2,000 total via JA)
Application Fee: JPY30,000 (≈ A$300)

Application Process:

• Send your CV to Japan

• Pay the application fee (JPY30,000)

• Initial interview with our Japan coordinator

• Online interview with the hotel

• Once accepted, pay the balance (JPY120,000)

• Receive official job offer letter

• Pre-departure guidance, ticket, and visa preparation

Upon Arrival:

• Depart from Australia for Japan

• Arrive at the airport

• Immigration and customs

• Meet our greeter for directions to your workplace

• Check in at your accommodation

• Hotel orientation

• Complete foreign registration and health insurance, and open a local bank account

• Begin your hotel placement

English Teacher Placement

For those who love language and want to share it.
We connect qualified candidates with English schools in Japan for full-time or part-time roles.

Placement Fee: JPY100,000 (≈ A$1,500 total via JA)

Due to the limited number of teaching positions, all applicants will first participate in an online interview with the school. Fees are only payable once your position is confirmed.
