How to access personal panel

To access your Personal Panel, please click “Log in” at the top right of this page, next to “Book a lesson.” Enter your email address and password, or click “Forgot password” to reset your password if you haven’t accessed it before.

How to change your lesson schedule (Monthly Plan)

Rescheduling lessons (7 days or more in advance)

If you know you won’t be able to attend a lesson, please let us know at least 7 days in advance.

1, Please email to admin directly or talk to your teacher during the lesson and let them know you won’t be able to attend the original time.

2, To reschedule the lesson, you can contact the admin team by email, speak with your teacher during the lesson, or submit a reschedule request from your account—whichever works best for you. (This follows the same process as booking a regular lesson.)

Please note that rescheduling is subject to the teacher’s availability.

Cancelling or submitting an absence via your Personal Account

You can also cancel or submit an absence directly from your account:

1, Log in to your Personal Account

2, Go to the Calendar

3, Click on the lesson you’d like to cancel, Select “View”

4, Click the option to cancel the lesson

If the change is made more than one week in advance, the lesson will be recorded as a cancelled lesson (not missed).

Booking a replacement lesson

After cancelling, you can check your teacher’s availability on the right-hand side of the calendar and submit a new lesson request for your preferred time. Once we receive the request, we’ll confirm it on our end.

If the notice is less than one week

If your notice is less than one week, please use the Absence Submission Form, which is sent to you by email three days before the lesson. Any message submitted through this form is sent directly to your teacher.

How to book lessons from your JA Account (Flex Pass)

  1. Check your teacher's availability on the right column of the calendar;

  1. Click on the date and time on the calendar;
  2. click OK to the pop up question - 'would you like to add a lesson?';

  1. Fill in the details and click 'submit';
  2. Please confirm that your requested lessons appear on the calendar screen;

If you do not see any requested lesson, please contact us.

  1. You'll receive a response from your teacher within 36 hours.

How to enter your 'classroom'

  1. Go to calendar and click on your lesson.
  2. Click ‘view’ and the link of the location.
  3. Enter using the location link which is included in your confirmation email as well.

How to receive and upload homework PDFs

  1. Go to ‘Profile’ > click on ‘Files’ at the bottom of the page;
  2. Click on the filename to open and download your file;
  3. To upload, click on the 'edit' button to upload a new file.

How to check your Lesson History

  1. Go to ‘calendar’ – check ‘lesson history’
  2. Shared notes with your teacher are available here.

How to organise payment with JA

  1. Add your information to your account;
  2. Login into your account > click 'Billing' > go to 'credit card';
  3. Click transaction > choose invoice > click on 'pay' button on the invoice.

We currently only accept credit cards using our secure online payment system.

How to stop Weekly Membership

Our course is based on a monthly subscription model. Please fill in and submit this form at least one week before the date you wish to stop to avoid being overcharged.

How to renew Lesson Passes

Please submit this formto renew your Lesson Passes one week before the current pass finishes to allow us to process and update your information.
